Ingredients

3/4 - 1 Cup of broth or soup broth (I used leftovers)
6 mushrooms sliced or as many as you like
1 med. bell pepper any color
    6 green onions sliced medium
    1/2 Small zucchini slice thin
1/2 small yellow ie crookneck slice thin
2 cloves of garlic sliced the way you like it
2 T Oyster Sauce (or equivalent taste)
    1 Cup cooked brown rice

Tips

You can add any type of vegetable or meat cut small and simmered with the vegetables for added protein. I was just after a under 100 calorie filling side or quick fill so I actually skip the rice

I will snap a picture "next time" and add later but everyone knows what a dark colored stir fry looks like NUMMY
