Ingredients

3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 pepper
1 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 teaspoon oil
6 Perdue chicken breasts (about 4 oz each)
Tips
You can add marinara sauce and cheese to make chicken parmesan
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil gradually. Toss with fork to blend.
Moisten chicken with water. Roll chicken in coating mixture. Place ins ingle layer in a 13x9 inch dish. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center
