Ingredients

    8 lbs. ground meat, 95% lean
    1 t pepper
    1 t garlic pwd
    1 t onion pwd
    8 T Morton Tender Quick
    8 T liquid smoke
    4 t mustard seed
    3 cups water

Directions

Mix well, Wrap in foil, one pound each.
Refrigerate for 24 hrs
Poke holes in the bottom of the foil
Bake on rack 1.5 hr. at 350

Serving Size: makes 8, 1lb. sausages
