Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 3/4 cup
Butter, unsalted, 0.50 cup
Brown Sugar, 0.50 cup, unpacked
Granulated Sugar, 0.50 cup
imitation vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp
Brewer's Yeast, 3 tbsp
Flax Seed, 1 cup
Water, tap, 1/3 cup
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 2 cups (1 bag)
Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal, 1.75 cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Tips
Convection baking makes a dryer cookie. I prefer to use my regular oven setting.
Directions
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
In a large bowl, beat Peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, brewer's yeast, flax and water until creamy.
Mix in eggs.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Mix in nuts (optional) and chocolate chips.
Add oats slowly, mixing along the way.
Place balls of dough onto greased baking sheet (I prefer using coconut oil)
Press down each ball lightly with a fork.
Bake 12 minutes. at 350 degrees
