Ingredients

    Whole cut up chicken
    2 TBLS. Vegetable Oil
    3 TBLS. Curry Powder
    1 C. Water
    1 Onion Sliced
    1 TBLS. Culantro Chopped (or cilantro)
    2 Cloves Garlic Chopped

Tips

Best served with rice or roti


Directions

Season chicken with culantro garlic and onion. Mix curry powder and water. Heat oil in big iron pot, when oil is heated add curry water until it boils then add chicken and cook thoroughly.
