Introduction

This is an amazing dish if you like lemon. Extremely simple, and the chicken stays moist! This is an amazing dish if you like lemon. Extremely simple, and the chicken stays moist!

Ingredients

    2 lemons - 1 sliced, 1 juiced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 pound green beans (not canned)
    8 small red potatoes halved
    4 chicken breast halves

Directions

Line baking dish with sliced lemons. Lay chicken breasts on top of the lemons. Mix beans and potatoes in bowl. stir in the olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon. Place mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
