Ingredients

    1/4 c olive oil
    10 cups Pictsweet 3 pepper & Onion Blend
    10 egg whites
    10 whole eggs
    20 slices Jennie-O Turkey Bacon
    1 cup milk
    Flour tortilla
    shredded cheese

Tips

Thaw the pepper/onion blend first and drain as much water as possible.


Directions

Saute the pepper/onion blend and bacon in the olive oil. In a large bowl combine the whole egg and egg whites; add milk and beat. Add to pan. Once cooked roll about 1/2 cup of the mixture inside a flour tortilla, top with 14 g shredded cheese. Wrap in plastic wrap.
