Ingredients

    1 can salmon, drained (reserve liquid
    1/2 c dry bread crumbs
    skim milk (add to reserved liquid to make 3/4 c or use 3/4 cup milk)
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c egg beater
    2 tbsp dry minced onion
    1/4 slice stuffed green olives
    1 tsp lemon juice
    3/4 tsp celery salt
    1/2 tsp parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp basil leaves
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp grated lemon peel

Tips

I use the liquid in the can with the salmon for extra flavor.


Directions

Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in 8" loaf sprayed loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is easy and tasty with few calories.
