Ingredients

1 c frozen, unsweetened blueberries
1 c fresh or frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c fresh or frozen, chopped cauliflower
1 c fresh spinach
1 lemon (juice yeilded from 1 lemon)
1/2 avacado
1 c green tea (1 tea bag + 1 c hot water)
3 tbsp raw, organic apple cider vinegar
Tips
Can keep in refridgerator until ready to eat (same day only), or freeze into an ice cube tray. For frozen smoothie, thaw slightly before returning to blender and pulsing back to desireable consistancy.
Directions
Seep tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove & discard tea bag. Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistancy. Divide into 3 servings. Have one before each meal or between meals in place of a snack.
