Ingredients

    16 oz ground sausage
    12 eggs
    2 cups shredded chese
    4 oz cream cheese
    onion, peppers, mushroom, spinach (optional)

Tips

Freezes and reheats well. We make this on Sunday, place in container and warm in the microwave for breakfast for the week!


Directions

Brown sausage. Place in the bottom of a 9X13 (greased) pan. Cut pieces of cream cheese and add on top of sausage. Add shredded cheese. (Can add spinach, peppers, onion, mushrooms etc) Mix eggs and pour over sausage. Bake at 350 40 minutes or until set.
