Ingredients

    Make sure your vegetables are thinly cut and evenly cut. They will cook much better and faster this way. I even slice the beef cubes thinner.

Directions

Give the non stick skillet a good coating of Pam.
Then add everything except the rice and water.
Cook over medium heat browning the meat.
After the meat is brown you can start adding
the water. A little at a time. Scraping the bottom
of the skillet to get all those good flavors.
When the carrots are cooked is when you add
the rice. Mix well. When rice is hot ...serve.

Serving Size: Can serve as 2 huge servings, 3 reaguar servings or 4 smaller servings
