Ingredients

    20 oz ground turkey
    1 cup brown rice
    1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes with oregano, basil
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 green pepper
    1/2 onion
    1 glove of garlic, or garlic season of your choice

Directions

Cook 1 cup brown rice in 1 3/4 cups of water. Meanwhile sauté turkey, add pepper, onion, garlic seasoning once cooked add sauce and tomatoes.

Serving Size: makes 6 one cup servings
