Ingredients

    2 3/4 cup flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    5 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup 2% milk (fat free, whole milk or 1% fine)
    1 cup butter (light or margin fine too)
    2 eggs
    6 pears

Directions

Mash or puree pears after removing stems and seeds
mix everything together well
pour into muffin pans lined with muffing paper or non stick spray cook at 400 degrees until done, approx 20-40 minutes depending on oven.
