Introduction

Great energizer. I call this my daily elixir. Not to sweet and plenty of immune boosting power with all of the super greens! Great energizer. I call this my daily elixir. Not to sweet and plenty of immune boosting power with all of the super greens!

Ingredients

    20 oz. filtered water
    6 c baby spinach
    1 head romaine lettuce - chopped
    2 stalks celery - chopped
    1/2 medium cucumber - cut into chunks - keep skin on
    1 medium lemon - remove peel and cut into chunks
    1 medium apple - skin on and cut into large chunks
    1/2 avocado
    2 T hemp seeds
    2 scoops Garden of Life Wheat Grass
    1 scoop Garden of Life Energizer
    2 oz. Aloe Vera Juice

Directions

1. Put water, spinach and romaine lettuce in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Add celery, cucumber,lemon, aloe, wheat grass, energizer, hemp seeds and apple; blend until smooth.
3. Add avocado and blend until smooth.
4. Enjoy! This should be consumed within 48 hours to maintain maximum nutritional value.
