    *Garlic minced ready-to-use - 1 tsp (5 g) - 1/2 tsp = 1 clove - Spice Select, 3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.50 cup (remove)
    Kraft grated parmesean cheese, 6 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Bake at 350 in oven on baking rack for 20 minutes or until browned
