Introduction

Really enjoyed these pancakes served with berries on top. Really enjoyed these pancakes served with berries on top.

Ingredients

    1 3/4 C whole grain Buckwheat
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    3/4 t baking soda
    1/2 t sea salt
    2 large eggs
    1T coconut oil
    2 T raw honey
    1 t pure vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c buttermilk

Tips

Great when served with berries. I took frozen berries, nuked them in the microwave for 1 minute and added stevia then served over the pancakes. MMMM good.


Directions

Heat skillet on medium heat and lightly grease the skillet before putting 1/4 c of batter for each pancake. Cook on once side until small bubbles start to form and break on the top, then flip over and cook for about a minute on the other side
