Ingredients

    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    6 chicken breast - boneless, skinless
    1 Tbs dried basil
    1 Tbsp honey
    3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar.

Tips

It's okay to experiment with amount of basil used.


Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Salt and Pepper all sides of chicken breasts. Cook 5-6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.
Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and basil - pour over chicken. Cook 1 minute more, stirring - or until glaze forms on chicken.


Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, one breast per serving.

    Incredible!
    I only used 2 very large chicken breasts and sliced them in half so that they would not be so thick. chopped up 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, but kept the same amount of honey and balsamic vinegar. I also added 1/4 tumeric just for the anti-inflammatory benefits. This was very easy and so delicious - 7/7/20
