Ingredients

    6 C 1% milk
    1 small box Jello Cook & Serve Pudding Mix
    1 T cornstarch
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 walnut halves

Directions

1. Pour milk into 2 qt. microwave safe bowl.
2. Add pudding mix & cornstarch- whisk together.
3. Heat in microwave 2 min. then whisk. approx. 10 min. total until thick.
4. Remove,add vanilla and whisk at 2 min. intervals about 4 times.
5. Divide into cups-top with chopped walnuts.
6. Place in refrig. to cool 3-4 hr.
7. Cover with plastic and serve anytime.
