Ingredients

    8c Fit & Active Reduced Sodium chicken broth
    3c. Water
    1c. diced celery
    1 lg onion diced
    1 can drained Happy Harvest sliced carrots
    1c. diced button mushrooms
    3c. diced roasted turkey breast from Roasted Turkey Austin method
    2 1/2c Fit & Active Instant Brown Rice
    1tsp Rosemary
    1 tsp Sage
    1tsp Parsley

Tips

Roasted Turkey breast originally used is skinless and de-boned from a turkey roasted in water with no butter with minimal shakes of rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and parsley.


Directions

In a large pot combine broth and water. Dice your veggies and left over roasted turkey, add to pot. Measure out your rice and spices, add to pot. Stir thoroughly. Cook over med heat until rice is tender and meat is heated through, or until spouse comes in asking when dinner is ready..
