Ingredients

    What you will need:
2 Lynn Wilson's Stone Ground Yellow Corn Tortillas
    1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
    4-5 tablespoons cilantro
4 oz seasoned shrimp (I flavor mine with Wildtree Shrimp scampi blend)
    1tsp Wildtree Taco Seasoning
2 key limes or 1/2 regular sized lime, squeezed/juiced
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1/4 tbsp. shredded parmesan

Directions

Heat a skillet and fry up shrimp. Add shrimp scampi blend or season to your taste. Allow to cool.

In a flat pan or large frying pan, add oil and allow pan to heat. Add tortilla and cook until desired doneness. I like mine to be a little crisp but still be able to fold them in half.

While shrimp or tortilla shells are cooling, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, parmesan cheese, & taco seasoning. Toss to coat.

Place corn tortillas on plate, add cabbage mixture, & top with cooked shrimp. Enjoy!
