Ingredients

    3 small Swai fish fillets (@9-10ozs)
    2 T soy flour
    Dashes of salt and black pepper
    1/2T olive oil

Directions

Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then dust with soy flour. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and then fry fish for 5 minutes on the first side. Flip the fillet, and fry for another 3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes three 3oz servings
