Ingredients

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey breast
1- 10.75 oz can tomato puree
1- 15.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1-2 tbls chili powder
1-2 tbls ground cumin
2 tbls chopped garlic
1/2-1 tbls celery seed
1/2 large red pepper large dice
1/2 large orange pepper large dice
1/2 large yellow pepper large dice
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
2 can of water from puree can
1 15.5 oz can chili black beans (cycle 2-4)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Serve with tbl spoon fat free sour cream or ff plain yogurt (not in totals)
2 tbls fat free cheddar cheese (not in totals)
Directions
Brown and drain turkey
Add veggies, garlic and saute 5 minutes
Add spices and cook 2 minutes
Add tomatoes, puree and two cans of water
Add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer 1-1.5 hours on low
Add black beans in the last half hour (OMIT FOR CYCLE 1
Serving Size: 6 - 8 large bowls
