    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, chopped 16 ounces
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened, 0.5 cup
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Avocados
    Duke's Mayonaise, 16 tbsp
    Ranch Sunflower Kernals, 0.25 cup

Directions

in small bowl mash avocado til creamy
in large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well
add salt & pepper to taste
