Ingredients

    1/2 cup of oatmeal
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of raspberries
    1 cup of peaches
    1 banana

Tips

This recipe is good for one person, if you want to make it for more than one person you can double the amounts.


Directions

1. combine the oatmeal with hot/warm water and mix thoroughly.
2. place the oatmeal in your blender, and add cold water.
3. add your fruit.
4. blend.
5. You can add ice cubes to make it more cold.
