Ingredients

    3 1/4 cups Organic Mixed Baby Lettuce
    3/4 cup Simple Truth Organic -Baby Kale
    1 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
    1/4 cup Fresh Avocado
    1 1/2 Trader Joe's Persian Cucumber, sliced
    1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/16 tsp Black Pepper
    3/4 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    3/4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

In a bowl mix greens with all the veggies. In a separate small bowl mix vinegars, oil, salt, and pepper. Add more salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Pour dressing into greens, toss, and serve.
