Ingredients

    Almond Milk- 1/2 cup
    Muffin mix 1 7.6 oz. bag

Directions

Preheat oven to 425
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with paper baking cups
Combine mix and milk in small mixing bowl, mixing just until moistened (Do not overmix!)
Pour muffin mix evenly into 6 holes
Bake for 14-17 minutes or until golden brown
Cool 2-3 minutes in pan before serving.
