Beet soup Beet soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 med onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 lg carrots
    28 oz canned tomatoes, diced
    2 med potatoes
    2 lg beets
    soya sauce, about 4 tablespoons, this is instead of stock and stands in for the salt
    2 tablespoons dry dill, or fresh to taste
    1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon oil

Tips

you may want to add some lemon juice


Directions

saute onion carrot and celery in oil
add tomatoes and water
grate and add beets and potatoes
add dill and soya sauce
cook untill all veg is soft
taste for soya sauce and dill
