Ingredients

    Coconut flour .5 cup
    Rolled oats .5 cup
    Coconut oil .5 cup
    4 date rolls covered in coconut
    Walnuts .25 cup
    Honey 1/8 a cup
    Whey protein 2 scoops

Directions

Blend your dates and mix all ingredients, roll into little balls. Freeze until hardened. Best two days after being removed from the freezer.
