Ingredients

    Honey 1 cup, Kikkoman Soy Sauce 4 tbsp, Heinz Ketchup 4 tbsp, 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast, 3 Garlic Cloves, 1 Medium Yellow Onion chopped and 2 cups chopped or sliced carrots.

    1 cup uncooked minute rice, 1.5 tbsp butter, salt to taste and 1 cup of water

Directions

I pre-make this and freeze. Put all ingredients (except rice, butter and water) in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. When you get home from work; pop the rice, butter and water in to the microwave for approx 5 minutes and VIOLA!
