Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs Ground Round (24oz)
    48 g Egg (1 large)
    30 g Panko
    24 g Onion (sauteed in Ghee)
    7 g Ghee
    120 g Milk (2%)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)

    125 g Ketchup

    24 g brown sugar (2tbsp)
    10 g mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

n large bowl mix well, Ground Round, Egg, Panko, sauteed onion & Ghee, and 1/3 of Ketchup. Form into a loaf and put in a loaf pan or a 9X13 in pan sprayed with cooking spray.

In small bowl, mix remaingin ketchup, mustard and brown sugar, Pour over top of meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour

Once removed from oven pull out of beef drippings to a plant or cutting board to cut into slices.
