Introduction

This is made in the crock pot and is very easy. I got the recipe from a slow cooker recipe book but modified it for boneless and what was available. This is made in the crock pot and is very easy. I got the recipe from a slow cooker recipe book but modified it for boneless and what was available.

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chicken breast
    1.5 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup buffalo style wing sauce
    1 Tbs hot sauce
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    0.5 Tbs Cajun spice
    0.5 cup sliced scallions
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cut chicken breast into small, bite size pieces (alternatively, use chicken wings or drumsticks). Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked fully.
Top with leftover sauce and serve.
