Ingredients

    1 can Kirkland Canned Chicken (3.5 serving can), drained (may substitute 8 oz cooked chicken)
    1/2 c. Plain Greek Fat Free Yoghurt
    1 small apple, chopped
    1/4 c. onions, minced
    1 oz (2 Tbs) mayo
    1 Tbs whole grain mustard
    1/2 tsp salt to taste
    dash pepper
    dash garlic powder

Tips

May add in other ingredients like pecans, craisins, curry powder, or herbs to taste.


Directions

Break up drained canned chicken and mix with remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve Chilled.
