Ingredients

    Apple (Ambrosia) in grams, 180 gram(s)
    Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw, 5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    clove, ground = 1 tsp, .1 tsp
    Allspice, .1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .1 tsp

Directions

Peel and dice apples.
Put all ingredients in small sauce pan.
Bring to boil.
Reduce to simmer.
Cover and simmer until apples are soft.
