Introduction

A quick mix and bake meal. A quick mix and bake meal.

Ingredients

    -6 large eggs beaten with 0.5-1 Cup of 1% milk
    -8 heat and serve sausages, cooked,drained and cut into small pieces
    -1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    Mix above together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees {F} for 20-25 minutes. I shake mine to make sure there is no jiggle in the middle.
    Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.

    This can be kept in a sealed container,in the refrigerator and heated up in the microwave. I have kept mine for up to a week with the refrigerator temp. at 32 degrees.

Tips

You can also make this with turkey sausage or bacon or pork bacon. When making with bacon I cook a 0.5 pound, drain and crumble up before adding to the egg mixture.
