Ingredients

2-6 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut in half
3 slices Swiss cheese (I like to use 1 1/2 slices on each breast)
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup undiluted
¼-cup fat free milk
1/2 cup Chicken Broth 99% fat Free
1 (8-ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix approx 3 cups
5 tbls melted butter
Tips
I have made this several times & I would recommend By cutting the chicken breast halves into halves it seems to cook much more evenly.
This is a very tasty recipe that my husband & I love and is very easy to make.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Arrange cut up chicken breasts in the baking dish. Place 1 ½ slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth & milk in a medium bowl, and pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over top, and cover with foil.
Bake 45 mins.- 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink & juices run clear. You can use thermometer needs to be 160 degrees in middle of largest chicken breast.
