1/2 cup silk soymilk
1 scoop EAS Vanilla Protein powder (Costco)
1/2 cup frozen fruit
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender - if using an invertible 'blend-in' cup it works best to mix the protein powder and soymilk first.
Gradually increase the speed until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
