    Flax seed ground about 24 grams or 2.75 tbsp
    egg whites without carbs i serving
    .25 tsp baking powder

    optional cinnamon nutmeg orange or vanilla extract

Directions

mix ingredients in a bowel while heating a pan with non stick spray. add mix to pan for a min or two each side till cooked.
