Ingredients

    1lb ground sausage (hot if preferred)
    6 eggs
    1cup bisquick
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    add vegetables to liking

Directions

Stir all ingredients in a bowl and then divide into a greased muffin tin (12). Cook for 20 mins at 350 degrees. Serve or freeze leftovers individually for a quick breakfast.
