Ingredients

    Great Value Shredded Hash Browns, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .66 cup (remove)
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Great Value Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.12 cup (remove)

Tips

can replace bacon bits with real bacon, ham or sausage. Add other ingredients too!


Directions

mix egg and milk. grease pan. layer 1/2 hashbrowns, 1/2 onion,
1/2 cheese and 1/2 bacon. Pour 1/2 milk/egg mixture over it. Repeat with rest of ingredients. Cover with foil and put in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Uncover and let cook for 5 more. Take out and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 3 servings in a loaf pan
