Ingredients

    2 C Shredded Chicken Breast (precooked)
    10 Corn Tortillas
    15 oz can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
    1 C Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Cheese blend

Tips

Top with low fat sour cream (optional additional calories)


Directions

Place shredded chicken in large pan over medium heat with 3/4 can of the enchilada sauce and mix together stirring occasionally until heated. add 3/4 C of shredded cheese and heat until melted.
in separate pan, heat corn tortillas, 1 at a time, until soft and pliable. fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased casserole dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over enchiladas and place in preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes. top with remaining 1/4 C of shredded cheese and bake until cheese melts. about 5 minutes more.
2 enchiladas per serving

Serving Size: Makes 10 enchiladas. 2 enchiladas per serving.
