Ingredients

    1/4 cup Egg Beater
    4 Tbsp I Can't Belive It's Not Butter, Light (melted)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 Tsp cinnamon
    1/2 Cup Nature sweet Crystals Sugar Replacer
    1 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats, Not Instant or Quick Cooking
    3/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
    Pam cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Whisk egg, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, Nature Swewet until smooth. Add the oatmeal and the alomnds, mix well to coat. Press misture into a thin solid layer ont he prepared baking sheet. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool and break into bitesize pieces. Store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.

Serving size is approx 3 TBSP.
