Ingredients

    1/2 c frozen berries
    1 source yogurt cup (100g)
    2-3 thin slices avocado
    1 Tbsp chia seeds (sprouted)
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 c coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
    Stevia to taste (if desired)

Tips

Multiply and prepare ahead for as many days as you want, then freeze.
Use different fruits, coconut or almond milk or both.


Directions

Blend together and drink. Mama's way is with a straw.
