1/2 Cup Hunt's 100% Natural Tomato Ketchup (no High-fructose corn syrup)
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp Salt (Optional)
3 Lbs Beef Short Ribs
Tips
Serve over brown, basmati or jasmine rice with tossed side salad.
Directions
Mix water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in slow cooker, stirring to dissolve brown sugar (and optional salt, if added).
Place short ribs into the sauce and stir to coat. Set Slow-Cooker on "Low", cover and cook for 8 hours.
