Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, extra lean, 1 1/4 lb
frozen stir fry vegetable blend - thawed 16 oz bag
Reduced Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, 1/3 cup
*Hoisin Sauce, 1/4 cup
Creamy Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp
Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger Root, 2 Tbsp minced
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic clove, 3 serving
Green Onions,4
*siracha chili sauce, 1 tsp (optional for added spice)
Tips
I like to use Three Ladie's rice papers , wrap these up and take as appetizers. I also scoop 1/8- 1/4 of a cup onto Boston lettuce leaves for lettuce wraps. Delicious.
Directions
1. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. Coarsely chop stir fry vegetables - thawed. Add to pan. Stir in teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, ginger, venegar and oil. Stir fry over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic. Cook another minute.
3. Remove in heat. Stir in onions.
4. You can either wrap in Boston Lettuce leaf, eat with crackers, or wrap in rice papers.
