    Ground Beef, 20oz
    Wild Rice, 1c
    Broccoli, 3c
    Corn, 1c

I used all organic products for this recipe.


Directions

I will cook the beef and the rice separate, then steam the broccoli and corn (from frozen). Mix together and add seasonings to taste.
