Ingredients

    500 g lumpy curd (a kind of cottage cheese)
    3 tbsp sugar
    2 eggs
    200 ml of semolina
    3 tbsp milk
    4 tbsp breadcrumbs
    A pinch of baking soda
    2-3 tbsp grape seed oil

    Topped with:
    Fry crumbs from 2 rolls for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and pour with a mix of grape seed oil and hot (boiling) water in a ratio of 1:1

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, make bullets and put them into boiling water, bullets go out the surface, cook for 15-20 minutes. Then take them out, topped with crumbs and pour the oil.
