Ingredients

    Ciabatta, bakery style, 16 oz
    Artichoke hearts, quartered, in water, 12 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    Lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Boar's Head Smoked Turkey Breast, 12 oz
    Salad Dressing, Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Prepared, 2 tbsp
    Gouda Cheese, 6 oz
    Cucumber (with peel), .3 cucumber (8-1/4")

Directions

Slice bread lengthwise. Mix artichokes (chopped), mozzarella, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in a bowl. Spread on one side of ciabatta. Top with turkey slices and gouda. Sprinkle Good Seasons dressing over other side of bread and close the sandwich. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with cucumber slices, spinach leaves and/or lettuce.

Serving Size: One-eighth of a 1# loaf of ciabatta
