    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    4 Tbsp Lite Caesar Dressing
    2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

If using a grill pan (typically designed for veggies) you can cut the romaine in half, lengthwise. Otherwise just leave whole. Rub the outer exposed leaves with olive oil to prevent scorching. Cook on med hi heat until wilted with 2-tbsp olive oil, minced garlic to taste, drizzle with a bit of basalmic vinegar while cooking, plate and drizzle w/ italian dressing and shredded parmesan or romano cheese. - 5/7/08
