Wild Caught Salmon, 3 6 ounce cans drained
Eggs
Dijon mustard
BBQ Pork Rinds, crushed, 2 oz
Black Pepper
Parsley
Tips
I served mine on a bed of spinach with a squeeze of lemon and remoulade sauce.
Directions
Drain salmon and add all ingredients saving crushed pork rinds for last. Form into 3 oz. patties and fry skillet until each side is crispy and nicely browned. Patties are fragile.
