2 packets Knox Gelatin unflavoured packets
600 ml of water
Directions

2} Take 1/2 cup of flavoured drink add 2 packets of Knox Gelatin
3} Boil 1/2 cup flavoured drink and then pour into gelatin mix
4} Stir until gelatin completely dissolves
5} Add 1 cup of the flavoured drink mix to the gelatin mixture and stir until mixed well
6} Pour into 1/2 cup serving containers, refridgerate until set

The instructions sound more complicated than it really is.
You can top this off with a spoonful of sugar free low fat whipped cream but don't forget to add the nutritional value of the whipped cream to your daily count. You can also serve this with a slice of fruit, to compliment whatever flavour drink mix you use.
Makes a nice fancy dessert for kids and they'll never know you're serving them low calorie food.
